Onondaga County Orthoimagery
Digital orthoimagery combines the image characteristics of a photograph with the geometric
qualities of a map. From the responses of our survey, NYS GIS Clearinghouse is the
most popular website people used to get remote sensing data.
NYSDOP High Resolution Imagery 2000 – 2015
The NYSDOP (New York Statewide Digital Orthoimagery Program) is initiated to produce
high-resolution digital orthoimagery of the State of New York on an ongoing annual
basis. It is anticipated that the entire state will be covered every 3-5 years.
